The Hillside House - by A Dog Story (Dehradun)

The Hillside House is A Dog's Story's Dehradun property - the same platform that brought The Timber Glow to Lansdowne, verified by the same team for the same dog-first standard. Perched in the Dehradun hills with outdoor space, a swimming pool, bonfire area, and partially fenced grounds, it's built for families and friend groups who want privacy and the "we should do this more often" feeling - the property's own description, which lands because it's specific: a swimming pool, a bonfire, birdwatching trails, and a dog who gets all of it.

Five rooms, maximum 15 guests, can be booked per room or as a full villa (typically 4 rooms). Pet infrastructure mirrors The Timber Glow: dedicated pet play area, pet beds and bowls in-room, basic pet-friendly meals arranged with prior notice, pet sitting and daycare, and vet on call. Leash-free green spaces across the partially fenced property mean a dog gets genuine outdoor freedom rather than supervised access. Meals are home-style and prepared on site, with four meal windows including a hi-tea service.

In-room and on-property facilities

Every room has a private balcony or patio, Smart TV, mini fridge, heater, tea/coffee maker, and in-room dining. The property has a swimming pool, bonfire area (paid), barbecue (paid), restaurant, lounge, kitchen access, and power backup. Address shared at booking confirmation - the Dehradun hills location is remote enough that the exact approach needs to be coordinated with the property in advance. All mobile networks work on site.
