Cyber Vision Infotech Private Limited (operating petfriendlyplaces.in) is the Data Fiduciary for your personal data. Registered office: Second Floor, Plot No 94B, Udyog Vihar Phase 5, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India. For any privacy question or request, contact our Grievance Officer (Section 13).
We process your personal data based on the consent you give at registration and when you submit content, and on other lawful bases under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. You can withdraw consent at any time (see Section 12); withdrawal doesn't affect processing already carried out.
Photos you upload are processed by automated systems — including a third-party AI moderation service (such as Microsoft Azure AI Content Safety) — to check they meet our guidelines, and are reviewed by our team before they appear. We remove location metadata (such as GPS/EXIF) from every uploaded image before storing it, so your photos don't reveal where they were taken.
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. (Add analytics-cookie disclosure here if/when analytics are used.)
We share data with service providers who help us run the Platform — hosting, email delivery, and AI moderation — under appropriate safeguards; with authorities where the law requires; and in the event of a business transfer. We do not sell your personal data.
Some service providers may process data outside India. We take reasonable steps to protect it in line with applicable law. (Transfer specifics to be confirmed in legal review.)
We keep your personal data while your account is active and as needed for the purposes above and for legal or record-keeping requirements. When you delete your account, we remove your public content and personal data, subject to limited retention required by law.
We use measures including password hashing, encrypted connections, access controls, and stripping location metadata from images. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.
The Platform is for users aged 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us data, contact us and we'll remove it.
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to: access a summary of your personal data; correct, complete, or update it; erase it; raise a grievance; and nominate someone to exercise your rights if you can't. To make a request, contact our Grievance Officer. You can also delete your account at any time from Settings.
We'll respond within the timelines required by law.
We'll post any updates here with a new date.
