petfriendlyplaces.in (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our") is operated by Cyber Vision Infotech Private Limited, a company incorporated in India (CIN: U72200HR2021PTC098138; GSTIN: 06AAJCC8076G1ZF), with its registered office at Plot No. 94B, Second Floor, Udyog Vihar Phase V Rd, Udyog Vihar, Sector 19, Gurugram, Haryana 122016, India. By using the Platform or creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Platform.
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or post content. By registering, you confirm you are 18 or older.
You agree to give accurate information, keep your password secure, and take responsibility for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use. Your account represents a real person; your pets may have profiles, but a human account is always responsible for them.
You may create pet profiles and post reviews, ratings, photos, and place information ("User Content"). You confirm that:
You keep ownership of your User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, excerpt, adapt for formatting, and distribute your User Content on and in connection with the operation and promotion of petfriendlyplaces.in, for as long as the content remains on the service, plus the retention period described in §8.8. We will remove your publicly displayed User Content when you delete your account, subject to limited retention required by law or for legitimate records.
We review User Content using a mix of automated systems (including AI) and human review, and we may approve, reject, edit for formatting, or remove any content at our discretion — including photos that fail our checks. We may refuse, suspend, or remove accounts that breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines.
You must follow our Community Guidelines, which form part of these Terms.
Tails Community ("the Community") is a feature of petfriendlyplaces.in operated by Cyber Vision Infotech Private Limited where registered users can post questions, answers, discussions, and event information ("Community Content"). We are an intermediary in respect of Community Content within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
You must be at least 18 years old and hold a registered account to post Community Content. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
You retain ownership of your Community Content. You are solely responsible for what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, display, reproduce, excerpt, adapt for formatting, and distribute your Community Content on and in connection with the operation and promotion of petfriendlyplaces.in, for as long as the content remains on the service, plus the retention period described in §8.8. You represent that you have the rights to everything you post.
You must not host, display, upload, publish, transmit, or share any information that:
We may review, hold, remove, or restrict Community Content and accounts, with or without notice, where content appears to violate these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law, or upon lawful order of a court or government agency. Automated tools assist our team in screening content before and after publication; content held by automated tools is reviewed by our personnel. We maintain logs of moderation actions. Nothing in this section obliges us to monitor all content.
Users and third parties may report content through the on-site Report feature or by contacting our Grievance Officer. We acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days of receipt. Complaints concerning content that exposes private areas, depicts a person in a sexual act, or impersonates a person in such content are acted upon within 24 hours.
Community Content — including content from users carrying verification badges — is shared for general information and community discussion only. It is not veterinary, medical, legal, or other professional advice, and we do not verify the accuracy of Community Content. Always consult a registered veterinarian for your pet's health. You rely on Community Content at your own risk.
Content removed for violating law or these Terms, and associated records, may be retained for 180 days (or longer where required by law or lawful order) for compliance and investigative purposes, and is not publicly visible during retention. If you delete your content or account, public visibility ends, subject to the same retention.
We may remove content, suspend posting privileges, or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms or the Community Guidelines. Where required, we will preserve information in accordance with applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your Community Content or your breach of this section, to the extent permitted by law.
We will inform users of material changes to these Terms and the Community Guidelines, and in any event notify users of the rules periodically as required by law.
Pet policies, charges, and listing details can change and may contain errors. We verify some listings (see our verification tiers), but we don't guarantee any listing's pet policy, availability, or accuracy. Always confirm directly with the property before you travel with your pet. We aren't responsible for your dealings with any property.
The Platform, its design, and our brands — including "Travel With Tails", "Pet Friendly Places", "Pawsport", and "Tails Traveller" — belong to us or our licensors. Don't copy or reuse them without permission.
Don't use the Platform for anything unlawful, harmful, infringing, fake, spammy, or abusive; don't scrape it; don't try to break its security; and don't impersonate others.
We may suspend or end your access for breaches of these Terms. You can close your account at any time from Settings.
The Platform is provided "as is", without warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform.
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your User Content or your breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. We'll notify users of material changes and periodically remind users of the current rules as required by law. Continued use after an update means you accept the changes.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
