We acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours of receipt.
We resolve all complaints within 15 days of receipt.
Complaints concerning content that exposes private areas, depicts a person in a sexual act, or impersonates a person in such content are acted upon within 24 hours of receipt.
Requests from courts or authorised government agencies should be addressed to the Grievance Officer at the email address above and will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
