Up to 2 pets per room are allowed, subject to a weight limit of 35 kg per pet. Vaccination records are required at check-in.

Only one room category accepts pets: the ground-floor Luxury Cottages. No other room type - not the Club Cottages with Jacuzzis, not the Family Cottages - is open to four-legged guests. Pets enter the room via the resort's side entrance, keeping things discreet and stress-free for everyone. When you step out of the resort and leave your dog behind, they must be crated or in a carrier - and you'll need to inform reception before heading out. Dogs are permitted in the guest room and in the lawn and garden areas of the resort. That's it - lobby, restaurant, pool deck, spa, and indoor play areas are off-limits. On the grounds, leash-on at all times is the rule the moment you step outside your cottage door. The resort points to open spaces and walking areas nearby, and being adjacent to Jim Corbett's buffer zone means the surroundings themselves offer decent scope for a morning walk. Poop bags and cleanup are the guest's responsibility, with disposal in the designated outside dumpster. Pet food is not provided by the resort, but cooked food can be ordered via room service at an extra charge.
