ELIVAAS Serenica - 4 BHK Villa with Private Pool in Goa (Pilern)

Tucked into the palm-lined village of Pilerne in North Goa, ELIVAAS Serenica is a four-bedroom private pool villa that genuinely welcomes pets - not just tolerates them. The property sits on the quieter, greener side of North Goa, close enough to Candolim and Calangute to make beach runs easy, but far enough from the tourist strip that mornings here actually feel like mornings. For a group travelling with dogs, a whole private villa beats a hotel every time: no corridors, no lifts past strangers, just your own space to spill outside whenever your dog demands it.

The Villa - What You're Actually Getting

Serenica is a four-bedroom villa designed for groups of up to 10 guests, which makes it a natural fit for a multi-dog family trip or a group of pet parents travelling together. The interiors lean warm and residential - wooden textures, soft ambient lighting, large windows framing uninterrupted green. The living room is built around a 75-inch entertainment setup with plush seating, and there's a chic upstairs lounge with a bar and pool table for the evenings when you don't want to go anywhere. Select bedrooms extend into private balconies; there's also a terrace for slower mornings with your dog. The villa has a lift, a fully equipped kitchen, and daily housekeeping - so you're not roughing it, even with dogs in tow.

The outdoor area is what makes it work for dogs. A sleek private pool sits tucked within tropical greens, with terrace sit-outs and open corners around the property. Dogs can roam the villa grounds freely. The neighbourhood around Pilerne is described by the property as good for scenic walks and cycling trails - practical for those twice-daily walks that a dog's schedule requires regardless of where you've dragged them on holiday.

Pet Policy - The Specific Numbers That Matter

ELIVAAS has one of the more transparent pet policies we've seen on a villa platform in Goa. Here's exactly what applies to a 4 BHK like Serenica:

Refundable Pet Security Deposit: ₹10,000 for 1 pet, ₹15,000 for 2 pets - collected in addition to the standard ₹20,000 villa security deposit. Both are refundable within 5–7 working days after check-out, provided there are no damages, rule violations, or delays in check-out procedures.

One-Time Pet Sanitation Fee: ₹3,000 for a 4/5 BHK villa, collected at check-in. This is non-refundable and covers deep-cleaning costs after your stay.

Pool rule: Pets are not permitted in the private pool. A care charge of ₹10,000 applies if this rule is overlooked. This is clearly stated in the villa rules - plan accordingly if your dog is a swimmer.

Clean-up is the guest's responsibility. You are expected to pick up after your pets throughout the stay, and any damage caused by pets will be charged at actuals. The property's tone is welcoming - "Pets Are Family" is their stated position - but the rules are specific and enforceable, which is actually reassuring rather than off-putting.

Location - Pilerne, North Goa

Pilerne sits in the quieter interior of North Goa, away from the beach-shack chaos of peak Calangute. The area is known for birdlife, green cover, and a slower pace that suits a dog-travel holiday better than a beach-front property would. From the villa, Candolim and Calangute beaches are a short drive away, as are Reis Magos Fort, Sinquerim Fort, and Coco Beach. Mopa Airport is approximately 40 minutes from the property, making it workable as an arrival or departure base. The address puts it on the Betim–Verem–Saligao Road near The Terraces, Marra - navigating via Google Maps is recommended over relying on the address alone in this part of Goa.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM; check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be accommodated subject to availability - worth requesting in advance if you have a long drive and a dog who's been in the car since dawn.
