The Setting

Byasi Village, where the resort is located, sits along the Rishikesh–Badrinath Highway - a stretch that feels noticeably less crowded than central Rishikesh, with the Ganga accessible via a raft crossing that's part of the experience itself. For anyone looking for a dog friendly Uttarakhand escape that trades the busy town centre for open air and riverbank calm, the location makes a real difference. The raft crossing detail is worth noting if you're travelling with a large or anxious dog - plan for that moment and it's manageable.
