ONENESS RISHIKESH — OFFICIAL PET POLICY Age: Pets must be at least 1 year old. Must be fully trained. Leash: On leash at all times on resort property, except inside guest cottage. Breed confirmation required at booking. GOI-banned breeds not permitted. Pet limit: Max 1 pet per Luxury/Bamboo Cottage; max 2 pets per Family Cottage. Grooming: Guests must bathe and groom pet before arrival. Pet charge: ₹2,000 + taxes per pet per stay — NON-REFUNDABLE. Additional cleaning: ₹1,000 + taxes per incident if pets soil linen, room surfaces, or public areas. Dog food: Available on-site at additional charge. Pet shoes: Required in all common areas at all times. Scooper: Guests must carry scooper at all times. Relief area: Designated area with newspapers and dustbins. Owners responsible for cleanup. Housekeeping: Staff only enter room if pet is absent or guest is present supervising on leash. Furniture: Pets must NOT sleep on guest bed or room furniture. Pet beds provided. Damage: Guests fully responsible for all property damage caused by pets. Restaurant: Dogs are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the restaurant area.
