Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield (Bengaluru)

Vivanta Bengaluru, Whitefield is a five-star Taj Group property sitting right at the entrance of International Technology Park in Whitefield - one of the very few upscale hotels in Bengaluru that explicitly welcomes dogs and cats. The hotel confirms pets are welcome with an extra charge, and the property highlights pet-friendly accommodations as one of its core features. For pet parents who refuse to compromise on comfort during a Bengaluru work trip or city stay, this is a genuine option worth knowing about.

What to Expect at a Five-Star Pet Stay

The hotel occupies a colour-changing glass-facade building 19 km from Bengaluru city centre and steps from Pattandur Metro Station. Rooms start at 27 sq. mt. and go up through garden-view and pool-view options - all featuring marble floors, flat-screen TVs, surround sound systems, and minibars. The property has an outdoor pool, a spa, a 24-hour fitness room, two restaurants, a coffee shop, and a bar. Parking is complimentary, which matters when you're travelling with a dog and have a car full of gear. arriving with your dog to a property that actually expected you is a different experience from one that merely tolerates pets - and Vivanta puts pet-friendly accommodations front and centre on its own website.

Grounds and Pet Practicalities

The hotel's highlight imagery shows a dog being walked on well-maintained hotel lawns with the building backdrop - suggesting there is usable green space on the property for toilet breaks and short walks. Whitefield itself is an IT corridor neighbourhood; while it isn't a leafy park destination, the relief of a known green patch right outside your room door is not nothing after a long drive into the city. Room service runs 24 hours, which is genuinely useful when you don't want to leave a new dog alone in an unfamiliar room while you go down for dinner. Always confirm at check-in exactly which areas of the hotel your dog can access.

Booking with a Pet

Vivanta is a Taj Hotels brand, so check-in is at 2:00 PM and check-out at 12:00 PM - fairly standard. The property accepts credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments. Pet charges are confirmed as extra but the exact amount is not published online; call ahead on 080669 33333 or raise it during the booking process on the Vivanta website. the conversation you have before arrival shapes the entire stay - ask specifically about pet floor allocation, in-room amenities for your dog, and whether the restaurant lawn area is accessible with a leashed dog.
