The Pet Point- Pet Shop & Grooming Parlor (New Delhi) (Delhi)

The Pet Point in Rajouri Garden is a pet shop and grooming parlor operating under the Nootie brand ecosystem, offering grooming services, a retail section stocked with pet supplies, and spa treatments for your animals. With 385 Google reviews averaging 4.5 stars, it has built a consistent reputation among pet parents in West Delhi for professional grooming and a well-maintained store environment. If you live in or are passing through the Rajouri Garden area with a dog, cat, rabbit, or bird, this is one of the more established pet care stops in that part of New Delhi.

What The Pet Point Offers

The Pet Point positions itself as a full-service pet care destination rather than just a retail shop. The grooming section handles hot water baths, styling, and nail care, which are the core services mentioned across the Nootie brand's offering at its Delhi NCR locations. Reviewers on Google specifically note that fur comes out "super soft, neatly trimmed" after grooming sessions, and that results are satisfactory and consistent. One reviewer noted their pet "smells amazing" post-visit, which is a reasonable indicator that the grooming process is thorough rather than rushed.

The retail side of the store carries a range of pet products. Google review summaries mention "good quality toys, food and accessories available," suggesting the shop stocks everyday essentials alongside branded items. Given that The Pet Point operates under the Nootie umbrella, which is a known pet care product brand in India, it is reasonable to expect Nootie-branded grooming products to be available in-store, though the exact inventory at the Rajouri Garden branch specifically is not confirmed in the sources we have.

The store description from Google identifies it as a "pet store providing professional grooming services and a variety of pet supplies," which aligns with what reviewers describe. The physical premises appear clean based on reviewer feedback, with one Google summary noting visitors "mention the clean store and satisfactory results from the services."

Staff and Handling

For pet parents, how a groomer handles your animal matters as much as the final result. The Google review AI summary for this location specifically calls out "professional, caring, and well-trained staff who handle pets with kindness." Individual reviews reinforce this: one reviewer described the staff as offering "best service" and being "very well behaved" and engaging with customers, while another emphasized the quality of the grooming outcome directly.

Staff who handle pets with kindness is not a phrase that appears in every grooming salon's reviews, and it is worth noting when it does. For owners with anxious dogs or cats who find grooming stressful, the handling approach of the staff is a practical factor. That said, individual animal temperaments vary, and it is always worth calling ahead to discuss your specific pet's needs before a first appointment.

Species and Who This Is For

The Pet Point in Rajouri Garden is confirmed to welcome dogs, cats, birds, and rabbits. This makes it one of the more inclusive pet service stops in the area, as many grooming salons in Delhi primarily cater to dogs. If you have a cat or a rabbit that needs grooming or if you are shopping for species-specific supplies, this is worth keeping in mind.

For dog owners specifically, the grooming services described, including baths, styling, and nail care, cover the standard care needs for most breeds. The store's positioning under the Nootie brand suggests familiarity with a range of coat types and sizes, though breed-specific grooming capability at this branch specifically is not confirmed in our sources. It is worth calling ahead if you have a breed with specialist grooming needs.

A reliable pit stop for West Delhi pet parents, The Pet Point at Rajouri Garden covers the basics well: a clean environment, staff who handle animals carefully, and a retail section that stocks toys, food, and accessories alongside grooming services. It is not an overnight stay or a boarding facility, but as a day-visit grooming and retail destination, it has earned its 4.5-star rating across nearly 400 reviews.
