What JUSTDOGS Defence Colony Stocks

The retail section at JUSTDOGS Defence Colony covers the core categories most pet parents shop for regularly. The confirmed product range includes pet food, treats, toys, grooming products, and pet accessories for both dogs and cats. One Google reviewer noted purchasing a hoodie for a German Shepherd (over 4 years old) and described the fit as perfect, adding that the store carries a wide variety of items. That kind of range, confirmed by multiple reviewers, is what distinguishes a well-stocked pet store from a basic supplies shop.

The store operates under the JUSTDOGS brand, which runs pet retail stores across India. The Defence Colony location is one of their Delhi outlets and is categorised as a pet supply store on Google Maps. If you are looking for a specific product, calling ahead on 085113 10111 before visiting is a practical step, since stock can vary by branch.

Grooming and Spa Services

In addition to retail, JUSTDOGS Defence Colony runs a pet spa and grooming operation from the same premises. Google Maps confirms the following services are offered: pet spa and grooming, cat bathing, and cat grooming (listed in the services excerpt as "Cat e..." suggesting additional cat-specific services). One long-term customer, Garvit Bhandoola, noted in his review that he has been bringing his Shih Tzu to JustDogs for over two years and described the grooming and care services as "absolutely vital and amazing," specifically praising the staff's work with dogs during the grooming process.

It is worth noting that Garvit's review also raised a concern about some aspect of his experience, to which the JUSTDOGS owner responded directly and publicly, offering to resolve the issue and linking to a feedback form. This kind of active owner engagement is relevant for pet parents who want to know whether concerns are taken seriously.

Delivery and Convenience

For pet parents who cannot always make it to the store, JUSTDOGS Defence Colony offers free home delivery and same-day delivery -- both confirmed on their Google Maps listing under services. This is particularly useful for regular staples like pet food and treats, where running out is a real inconvenience. Same-day delivery removes the need to stockpile, which matters in a city like Delhi where carrying bulk bags of kibble home on public transport is not always practical.

The store's hours (open until 10 PM, as confirmed on Google Maps at the time of verification) also make it accessible for working pet parents who cannot visit during standard retail hours. Evening visits after work are a realistic option for most people in the Defence Colony and surrounding South Delhi neighbourhoods.

Who This Store Serves

Based on available reviews, the customer base includes owners of dogs across multiple breeds and sizes -- a German Shepherd owner noted good customer service and a wide product range, while a Shih Tzu owner confirmed multi-year regular use of the grooming services.

The store is categorised as serving both dogs and cats, with cat bathing and cat grooming listed explicitly among the services. If you have a cat and are looking for grooming options in South Delhi, this is one of the few confirmed retail-plus-grooming setups in the area.
