Tails & Coffee (Gurugram)

Tails & Coffee in Sector 31, Gurugram, Haryana is one of those rare places that genuinely tries to serve both ends of the leash. It's built as a full pet experience center , not just a cafe where dogs are tolerated, but a space where boarding, grooming, veterinary services, a pet-friendly cafe, dog walking, pet insurance, and adoption are all under one roof. With a 4.8 rating across 207 Google reviews and a 5.0 on Justdial from 182 reviews, the consistency speaks for itself.

What's Here for Your Pet

The cafe side of Tails & Coffee is designed around the idea that you should be able to relax over coffee with your dog right next to you , not anxiously scanning the room for disapproving glances. The pet interaction area is a dedicated zone where animals can engage with visitors, thoughtfully designed to give both pets and people comfortable space. There's also a retail section stocking toys and treats, and a hygiene station setup for cleanliness between animals and guests. For pet parents who want to extend the experience, the event spaces at Tails & Coffee host pet-parent workshops, adoption drives, and themed meetups throughout the year.

The boarding service is built around playtime, regular walks, and affection , not just a kennel drop-off. Individual animal enclosures are designed to account for each pet's unique temperament and behavioural needs, which matters if your dog or cat is anxious around other animals. The dog walking service is also available for local pet owners who need regular exercise support for their dogs.

Grooming , Packages and Pricing

The grooming menu at Tails & Coffee is one of the more detailed we've seen at a pet cafe setup. Packages are split by size , small, medium, and large dogs , as well as cats. Services range from standalone ear cleaning (Rs 99) and nail cutting (Rs 399) all the way up to Premium Wash + Full Grooming + Anal Gland Cleaning (Rs 1,999 across all dog sizes). Medicated wash is available for dogs showing skin issues. For cats, the equivalent premium package is priced at Rs 1,499. Grooming membership plans are also available , a 45-day Basic Services membership is Rs 4,999 and Premium Services is Rs 9,999 , useful if you're a Gurugram resident planning regular visits rather than a one-off trip.

The Bigger Picture , Services Beyond the Cafe

What separates Tails & Coffee from a standard pet-friendly cafe in Gurugram is the genuine breadth of services. Veterinary consultations are available on-site, which makes this a practical stop rather than just a leisure one. Pet insurance facilitation covers accidents, illnesses, and preventive care. The adoption programme connects visitors with rescued animals looking for permanent homes, with guidance provided through the process. If you're travelling with your dog and need a day's boarding while you handle work in Gurgaon, or you're a local looking for a place where your cat and dog can both get groomed in one visit, this setup covers it. The online platform also allows you to plan pet dates, book grooming sessions in advance, and browse adoptable animals , useful for pre-visit planning.
