Tucked away on Devi Mandir Road inside Village Joon Estate in Pandeygaon, Silvara is a hotel stay for pet parents looking at Bhimtal for their next hill escape. Our team confirmed this listing by phone on 23 September 2026, with verifier Divya Bakshi speaking directly to owner Jatin Singh at the property to lock down the pet policy. If you are searching for a pet friendly stay in Bhimtal that doesn't hedge on its pet policy, this one is worth a call.
🐾 For pet parents
Silvara allows both dogs and cats, with no breed restrictions and no size limits, so whether you're travelling with a Beagle or a Great Dane, you're covered. Pets stay free, no extra charge, and no leash requirement was mentioned during verification, though it's always sensible to keep dogs leashed around shared estate spaces out of courtesy. This policy was confirmed directly with owner Jatin Singh over a phone call on 23 September 2026 at 08:12 pm IST, verified by Divya Bakshi. For anything beyond pets and charges, such as specific room categories or feeding arrangements, it's best to confirm with the property when you call to book.
The Stay
Silvara sits within Joon Estate in Pandeygaon, a quieter pocket of Bhimtal away from the main lake crowds, which suits pet parents who'd rather not navigate a busy tourist strip with a dog in tow. As a pet friendly hotel in Bhimtal, it's positioned for travellers doing a proper Kumaon hill loop rather than a quick day trip.
This works well as an overnight or multi-night base if you're road-tripping through Uttarakhand with dogs, since Bhimtal itself is a low-key alternative to the more crowded hill stations of the region. Reach out on the number listed to check room types and current availability before you set out.
Pet Policy
Dogs and cats are both allowed at Silvara, with no restrictions by breed and no limits on dog size, confirmed as part of the verification call with owner Jatin Singh. Pets stay free, no extra charge, which is stated plainly and applies without conditions based on what was confirmed. No leash requirement was noted during the call, and no additional pet charges of any kind apply. Details such as which specific areas of the property pets can access, or whether bowls and bedding are provided, weren't covered in the verification call, so it's worth confirming these directly with the property when you book.
