Nature 95 - Villa in Jaipur (Jaisingh Nagar)

Nature 95 is a private villa on the NH11 corridor outside Jaipur, sitting opposite Amity University in Jaisingh Nagar. It is one of the very few pet-friendly stays near Jaipur where your dog is not just tolerated , pets are explicitly welcome in the villa rooms and, notably, in the outdoor pool. There are no additional pet charges, making it a straightforward choice for pet parents who are tired of negotiating fees at the door.

The Setting

Nature 95 sits within Nature Farms on Plot No. 95, NH11 , the highway that connects Jaipur to Agra , placing it well outside the city's dense urban core. Jaisingh Nagar is a semi-rural pocket, which means the surroundings are open and relatively uncrowded compared to Jaipur's old city hotels. The villa is listed under the Elivaas platform, which curates private villa stays across India. The property features a garden, outdoor furniture, and an outdoor pool , all of which translate directly to usable outdoor space for dogs who need room to stretch after a long drive. Free secured self-parking on site means arriving by car with a dog in the boot is genuinely convenient, with no multi-storey carpark stress.

Google reviewers consistently highlight the villa's sense of seclusion and personal attention , the host Sandeep is mentioned by name in multiple reviews for going above and beyond. A 4.9 rating across 45 reviews, with nearly all at five stars, is a reliable signal for a stay of this scale. Reviewers flag luxury, great views, and a romantic atmosphere as standout highlights , which also suggests the property is well-maintained, a practical concern when you're travelling with a dog.

The NH11 location also makes this villa genuinely accessible for road trips from Delhi and Agra, not just from Jaipur city. If you're driving down from Delhi with your dog, the highway approach is direct , you're not threading through narrow old city lanes with a nervous dog in the back seat. That kind of logistical ease is easy to underestimate until you've done a few long drives with pets and arrived at a property that's hard to find, hard to park at, and hard to settle into.

Pet Policy in Plain Terms

This is one of the cleaner pet policies we've seen for a private villa near Jaipur. Pets are allowed in the villa , meaning your dog stays in the room with you, not kennelled outside or restricted to the garden. The outdoor pool is also open to pets, which is genuinely rare. There are no pet fees or per-night pet surcharges, so the price you see is the price you pay.

The one firm condition: pet owners are fully responsible for any damage caused by their dogs to the villa or its furnishings. This is standard for private villa stays and entirely reasonable , but it's worth keeping in mind if you're travelling with a chewer or an anxious dog who might scratch doors. Carry your dog's basics (mat, travel bowl, familiar toy) to minimise wear on the property's soft furnishings.

When comparing this policy against other dog-friendly stays near Jaipur, the absence of a per-night pet fee is a real differentiator. Many villa and farmhouse stays in Rajasthan charge anywhere from ₹300 to ₹1,000 per night per pet, and some have breed restrictions that rule out larger dogs entirely. Nature 95 does not specify any such restrictions in the confirmed policy , though we recommend confirming this directly if you're travelling with a large or powerful breed, simply because unwritten rules at the property level can differ from what's listed online.

Amenities Worth Noting

The villa comes with free Wi-Fi at 50+ Mbps , useful if you're combining leisure with work. There's a washing machine on site, which is a practical bonus for longer stays when dog towels, muddy paws, and travel gear need a refresh. The flat-screen TV, outdoor furniture, and garden round out a setup that works for both a quick weekend getaway with dogs and a longer multi-night stay. The property is listed as LGBTQ+ friendly and is wheelchair accessible, signals of a thoughtfully run venue.

Parking is available in multiple forms , free parking garage, free parking lot, free street parking, and on-site parking are all listed , so arriving with a large SUV loaded with pet gear, crates, or a travel cot is not going to be a problem. This level of parking infrastructure is particularly useful for road trips from Delhi or Jaipur city, where you're likely driving in with a full car.

The outdoor pool is the feature most likely to matter to dog owners , not because every dog is a swimmer, but because a garden and a pool together give anxious or high-energy dogs somewhere to decompress after hours of being in a car or a crate. Golden Retrievers, Labradors, and most working-breed dogs tend to arrive wound up after a long drive; a property with genuine outdoor space absorbs that energy in a way that a city hotel room simply cannot. Whether your dog actually gets in the water or just potters around the garden is beside the point , the space matters.

What We Haven't Confirmed Yet

A few details are worth checking directly with the property before you book. We don't have confirmed information on whether there are any breed or size restrictions , the policy as stated doesn't mention any, but it's always worth asking if you're travelling with a large or powerful breed. The number of pets per booking and any maximum weight limits have not been specified in available sources. Pool depth and any pool safety features for dogs are also unconfirmed , supervise your dog around the water as you would at any private pool.

Meal options and whether pet-friendly dining is available on site or nearby in Jaisingh Nagar are not confirmed; plan accordingly and carry your dog's food from home rather than assuming you'll find a familiar brand locally. The nearest veterinary clinic to the property has not been identified , if you're travelling with a senior dog, a dog on medication, or a breed prone to heat stress, it's worth mapping the closest vet in Jaipur before you leave home. Rajasthan summers are intense, and heat management for dogs on property , shade availability, cool water access, ventilation in rooms , is worth confirming with the host if you're visiting between April and June.
