Indoor & Outdoor Areas
Ultimutt Pet Resort is one of Gurgaon's most reviewed dog boarding facilities, sitting on the Faridabad–Gurgaon Road near Gwal Pahari. It operates as a fully cage-free, leash-free setup with a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor play areas, and home-cooked meals - positioning itself well above the average boarding kennel in Delhi NCR. Run by dog parents and professionals, it has built a strong local following with 480+ Google reviews and a 4.9 rating.
✓ Verified by the Pet Friendly Places team
We confirmed details directly from Ultimutt's own listing, website, and Google Business profile. The facility is cage-free and leash-free, offers home-cooked veg and non-veg meals, has a dog pool and playground, and provides pickup and drop service at ₹15 per km (to and fro counted as one trip). Vaccination certificate is mandatory for all boarding guests. Females on heat are not accepted.
What the Setup Actually Looks Like
The resort operates out of a dedicated facility near the Gwal Pahari CNG pump - not a home setup or shared apartment. Dogs have access to both indoor and outdoor play zones as well as a dedicated dog pool. The cage-free and leash-free environment is central to their model: dogs aren't crated between sessions, which matters significantly for dogs that are anxious or kennel-averse. The team provides live video updates during your dog's stay, which multiple reviewers specifically called out as a major reassurance during travel or longer separations.
Food, Health Rules, and Logistics
Food is fresh, home-cooked, and available in both veg and non-veg options - a genuine differentiator from facilities that serve commercial dry kibble. Before you book, note the non-negotiables: vaccination certificates are required for all dogs, and females on heat will not be boarded. The facility opens at 7am seven days a week. If you don't have your own transport, pickup and drop from home is available at ₹15 per km, with the to-and-fro distance counted as a single trip. Monthly daycare plans are also available for Gurgaon-based dog parents who need regular weekday care.
What Reviewers Say - the Good and the Honest
The overwhelming majority of reviews highlight personal attention from staff who clearly love dogs, consistent video updates, and the quality of food. One reviewer noted: "The owner is incredibly loving, and the staff is super friendly with the dogs." However, a minority of reviews flag communication issues - specifically, responsiveness during the stay. If clear and frequent updates matter to you, it's worth discussing expectations with the team before drop-off rather than assuming the live chat support will be proactive. For most dogs and most stays, though, the track record here is strong.
