Dog Park Entry
Svantaraa is a pet boarding facility and dedicated dog park in Sector 59, Gurugram, founded by animal rescuer Vaishali with one clear intent: boarding that feels like home, not a kennel. Three services run under one roof - luxury boarding, pet daycare, and an outdoor dog park with soft green grass - making it one of the more complete pet facilities in the NCR region. The 4.9 rating across 49 reviews suggests the execution matches the ambition.

What the Dog Park Actually Offers
The dog park is a purpose-built outdoor space with soft green grass, designed specifically for dogs to run, sniff, and decompress. A standard slot gives 1 dog and 2 humans two hours of access at ₹1,000. The park is enclosed and sanitized, and Svantaraa requires all dogs entering to be fully vaccinated - Rabies, DHPP, and Kennel Cough are mandatory, with records verified at booking. Dogs must be free of ticks, fleas, and contagious conditions. This isn't box-ticking; it's the kind of screening that keeps a shared space genuinely safe for every dog using it.
Boarding and Daycare: What Sets It Apart
The luxury boarding option includes spacious rooms with a private garden, comfortable bedding, gourmet meals tailored to your dog's preferences, and a temperature-controlled environment - all under 24/7 CCTV monitoring. A dedicated WhatsApp group keeps pet parents updated throughout the stay. Daycare (₹1,000 for 6 hours) follows the same model: supervised play, rest in rooms with garden access, and personalised attention. Dogs that aren't comfortable in group settings can be allotted a private room based on availability or staff evaluation - a practical detail that matters for anxious or reactive dogs. Boarding starts at ₹2,250 per night with a non-refundable ₹2,000 booking deposit at reservation; the balance is settled at check-in.
Booking, Timing, and What to Expect
Drop-off runs from 8 AM to 6 PM; pick-up from 8 AM to 7 PM. Early or late check-ins are not permitted without prior management approval, so plan accordingly. All services require 100% advance payment to confirm a slot - daycare and dog park bookings are fully prepaid, while boarding requires a ₹2,000 deposit upfront. Svantaraa recommends booking the dog park at least a day ahead and boarding at least a week in advance. Cancellations need 72 hours' notice for a slot change or credit - no refunds are issued. The facility operates 9 AM–1 PM and 4 PM–7 PM for walk-ins and enquiries. Vaccination records must be submitted at the time of booking without exception.
