🍰 Dog Treats Pet-Friendly Bakes
OTH Bistro & Bakers in C Scheme, Jaipur is a pet-friendly bistro that welcomes dogs at no extra charge , a rarity in Jaipur's dining scene. Tucked inside Durgadas Colony on Ramesh Marg, OTH doubles as a neighbourhood bakery and café with a Western-leaning menu and a reputation for attentive, named-staff service. Pets are permitted in the outdoor area, which keeps the arrangement manageable for both dog parents and other diners.
✓ Confirmed by the property
OTH Bistro & Bakers has confirmed that pets are allowed with no charges applicable. Dogs are welcome in the outdoor/smoking area. They are not permitted inside the main dining area. The property has also been noted across pet-focused directories for offering dog cakes and pet-friendly treats , worth asking the staff about when you visit.
The Setting
C Scheme is one of Jaipur's more relaxed, tree-lined residential-commercial pockets , the kind of neighbourhood where you can park, walk your dog to the door, and not feel like you're navigating a crowded market. OTH sits at E-145, Ramesh Marg, Durgadas Colony, which gives it a neighbourhood bistro feel rather than a mall-food-court vibe. The outdoor seating area is where your dog will be stationed, and based on the property's own confirmation, that area doubles as the smoking zone , worth keeping in mind if your dog is sensitive to smoke. That said, it's the confirmed pet-access zone, so plan to sit outside with your pet rather than leaving them tied up while you head in.
The Food and What Reviewers Say
OTH leans Western , Chicken Tacos have earned specific praise from guests who came from Mexico and still called them worth recommending. The pasta gets a mention too, though one reviewer noted the sauce ran a touch soupier than expected, and the quesadilla is made with Indian-style cheese rather than the Western version. These are honest, specific notes from actual visitors , not deal-breakers, but useful calibration. The bakery side of OTH is what makes it genuinely interesting for dog parents: dog cakes and pet-friendly treats have been flagged across multiple pet directories, suggesting this isn't just a café that tolerates dogs, but one that has thought about them as guests. Service is consistently called out by name in reviews , Sachin, Akash, and Pradeep all get specific mentions for attentiveness , which is a decent indicator that the floor team takes hospitality seriously, including for guests who bring their dogs.
What to Know Before You Visit
The pet policy is outdoor-only , your dog is welcome at the outdoor tables, not inside the main dining room. No breed restrictions have been mentioned, and no pet charges apply, which makes this a genuinely zero-cost, no-fuss option for dog parents in Jaipur looking for a proper sit-down meal. Call ahead on 0141 411 2232 to confirm outdoor seating availability, particularly on weekends when the bistro may be busier. If you're hoping to pick up a dog cake or pet-friendly baked treat, it's worth asking when you call , availability of those items hasn't been confirmed as a permanent menu feature, so a quick check saves a disappointment. Parking in C Scheme is generally manageable, and the address is easy to locate.
What We Haven't Confirmed Yet
A few details remain unverified and are worth confirming directly with the property before your visit: whether dog cakes and pet treats are a standing menu item or an occasional offering; the exact size and layout of the outdoor seating area; whether there is a water bowl provided for visiting dogs; and whether the outdoor zone is covered or open to the elements (relevant in Jaipur's summer heat). The property does not have a listed website, so a phone call to 0141 411 2232 remains your best route for up-to-date confirmation.
