What This Store Offers

The HUFT Gomti Nagar store carries the brand's full catalogue of pet products , dog food, cat food, pet treats, toys, accessories, and custom-made items including personalised tags, collars, and beds. HUFT curates products from both Indian and international brands, so you are likely to find options that are harder to source elsewhere in Lucknow. The store also offers in-store pickup and delivery, which is useful if you are stocking up for a trip or need supplies sent ahead.

One reviewer specifically noted a successful grooming session for their dog at Heads Up For Tails, confirming the spa services are operational at this location. The grooming is carried out by professional groomers using what HUFT describes as state-of-the-art equipment. Services cover both dogs and cats. If you are planning a grooming appointment, calling ahead on 08291171465 to book a slot is advisable, as walk-in availability is not confirmed in any of the sources reviewed.

Payment options confirmed at this location include credit cards, debit cards, and NFC mobile payments, so you are not limited to cash. The store accepts all standard digital payment methods, which is worth noting if you are dropping in while travelling through Lucknow.

The HUFT Brand and What It Means for Your Pet

Heads Up For Tails was founded on the philosophy that pets are family and deserve only the best. The brand operates stores across India and has built a reputation for stocking quality-checked products alongside its own custom-made range. At the Gomti Nagar store, that means you can pick up everything from everyday nutrition to specialty accessories in a single visit.

HUFT also runs the HUFT Foundation, which works on animal welfare initiatives, and has a programme called Feed A Dog In Need, where purchases contribute to feeding animals in need. If supporting animal welfare alongside your shopping matters to you, this is a brand that has formalised that commitment. The store's Instagram presence and the HUFT Tribe community are additional touchpoints if you want to stay connected with their pet parent network.

Customer reviews from January 2026 reflect a consistent pattern: staff politeness, product quality, and grooming service quality are the three things reviewers mention most. One reviewer called out staff member Ravi Kumar Pandey specifically for good support and display, which suggests the in-store assistance is attentive. Another noted the DLF team specifically for service quality, which is relevant if you are visiting this particular branch.

Practical Information for Your Visit

The store is located inside DLF My Pad City Center, a mall in the Gomti Nagar area of Lucknow, which is one of the city's more accessible commercial zones. Mall parking is typically available at DLF My Pad, though parking policy and charges are determined by the mall, not the store. The store itself is at Shop Number 11 on the ground level of the complex.

Store hours are 9:30 AM to 9:30 PM. If you are arriving from outside Lucknow on a road trip with your dog, this is a practical stop for restocking food, treats, or any accessories you may have forgotten. The store's delivery option also means you can place an order before you arrive in the city and arrange pickup or home delivery.

Bringing your pet into the store is not confirmed or denied in the available sources. HUFT stores nationally have been known to welcome well-behaved pets, but in-store pet access at this specific Gomti Nagar location is not explicitly documented. Call ahead if this matters to your visit.
