What They Sell
Bittoo Pet Shop, opposite Deer Park in Safdarjung Enclave, sells puppies (purebred, per their listing) alongside general supplies. The owner, Pawan, is described by several reviewers as knowledgeable and helpful for day-to-day pet needs.
What we found
4.1 from 166 reviews, with regular customers specifically praising it as a reliable go-to for cat and dog supplies.
Worth knowing before buying a puppy here
Two specific, detailed complaints exist: one alleges a purchased German Shepherd puppy died of parvovirus shortly after purchase, with a refund reportedly refused for over a year; another alleges a long-running dispute over breed-registration (KCI) paperwork never being delivered. We can't independently verify either account, but both are specific and detailed rather than vague frustration - if buying a puppy here, we'd suggest asking for vaccination records and any registration paperwork in writing, upfront.
