Pet-friendly beach shacks in Goa that genuinely welcome dogs?
Planning a week in North Goa with my indie Biscuit. I know Goa is generally more relaxed about dogs than the rest of India but beach shacks are really hit and miss. Some places listed as "pet-friendly" turn you away when you actually arrive.
Anyone been to specific shacks or beach restaurants where dogs are actually properly welcome — not just tolerated for 10 minutes before someone comes over?
