Can I book a dorm bed at The Hosteller Rishikesh with my beagle?

Solo trip planned and budget is tight — Hosteller has great reviews and they're listed as pet-friendly. Cookie (my 2-year-old beagle) has never been to the hills before. Can I take her into a dorm, or does "pet-friendly" mean private rooms only?

Really don't want to book, make the drive from Ahmedabad, and then get turned away at reception.
