Dog cafes in Delhi that are actually worth visiting?

Bruno and I have been to a few dog cafes around Delhi and they vary enormously. Some feel more like Instagram backdrop setups than places that are actually good for the dogs. Some have stressed-looking house dogs being handled constantly for photos.

Where do people actually enjoy going, where the dogs (both yours and theirs) are genuinely comfortable — not just where the lighting is good?
